(Please note that data transmission occurs promptly upon public announcement of an earthquake. Instances of delayed public disclosure may affect notification delivery times, which are promptly communicated through alerts published on the observatory's website. Typically, earthquakes are reported on the application 5-30 minutes following their occurrence due to a standard delay in observatory data; any time difference in alerts is a direct result of this standard reporting delay.)
